Shipping Terms

We offer free shipping for all orders above 1400 NOK within Norway with HeltHjem. For orders under 1400 NOK the shipping cost is 99 NOK.

Order fulfillment

Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. We aim to fulfill your order as soon as possible, normally within 1-3 working days.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a second confirmation by email with the shipping carrier and parcel tracking number. The delivery time (from our warehouse to your location) depends on your chosen delivery option

Shipping within Norway

We offer standard delivery within Norway with HeltHjem free of charge for orders above 1400 NOK. Delivery time is estimated to 1-4 working days from we have fulfilled your order and your parcel is normally delivered to a service point.

We also offer same day delivery with Porterbuddy & Instabox Locker.

Shipping within the rest of the Nordic countries (Sweden, Denmark, Iceland, Finland)
