Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

AWAN has a 14 day return policy. Any returns must be shipped or postmarked within 14 days of being received. Your returned item(s) can either be exchanged for new item(s), or you can receive a refund. We exchange or refund items that are in resalable condition with all garment tags still attached and intact. Please send the products back in the packaging they came with.

Within Norway, the European Union and the United States, all returns are free of charge, meaning that both the return shipping as well as shipping of any replacement item(s) is covered and provided by AWAN.

Outside Norway, the European Union and the United States, customers are obliged to organize and pay for the return shipping. Please note that any potential customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable by us. In case you request an exchange, AWAN will cover the shipping cost of any replacement item(s).

 

How to make a return or exchange

- Orders within Norway

  1. Fill in the return from that was delivered with your items. Submit your contact details and specify whether you seek a refund, an exchange (if so to what size and/or color, or a complaint).
  2. Place the waybill ("fraktetikett") that was delivered with your items on the original packaging, and repack it with the return form and the goods to return.
  3. Deliver the parcel to your closest Postnord service point ("mottak").

- Orders outside of Norway

  1. Please send an email to support@aswearenow.co with your (a) Order number (b) personal details (name, adress, telephone number) (c) which goods you wish to return (style, color, size) and (d) if you wish to make an exchange (color, size).
  2. We will get back to you within 1-2 working days with specific instructions of how to make your return. Be prepared that you may need to print a waybill in order for AWAN to fund your return shipping.

 

Exchanges

You can exchange any item(s) for another color or size as long as we have it in stock. Please note that you can only exchange your garment for another size or color of the same style. If you wish to exchange for a different style, we kindly ask you to return the item for a refund and place a separate order for the new garment.

Once we have received and inspected your returned goods, we will fulfill your replacement order within 3-5 working days, and send it along with a shipping confirmation e-mail with all tracking details.

 

Refunds

In case you do not wish to make an exchange, you can return any item(s) for a refund. Once we have received and inspected your returned goods, we will process the refund at which point you’ll receive a refund confirmation e-mail. This process normally take 5 working days from that we have received your return parcel at our warehouse.

Please note that, depending on your chosen payment method, the amount will be transferred back to the account or card used within 5 working days from the time the return was processed.

 

Product issues

In the unfortunate event of any damage or product issue, please send an email to support@aswearenow.co, subjected “Product Issue”, stating the following information:

  • Order number
  • Personal details - specify name, address and phone number 
  • Details of the damaged item(s) - specify name, color and size
  • Description of the issue
  • Attach photo of the issue (if possible)

We will review your complaint and come back to you with a solution, normally within 1-2 working days. We will first see if it is possible to repair or remedy the fault, and otherwise replace the product or refund you the money. In the case of the latter, please follow the procedure for regular return.

In the event of any issues with your order, please send an e-mail please send an email to support@aswearenow.cosubjected “Order Issue”, including

  • Order number
  • A description of what’s wrong with your order.

We’ll get back to you as soon as we can, normally within 1-2 working days.

 

In the event you received any incorrect items, please send an e-mail please send an email to support@aswearenow.coOrder Issue”, including

  • Order number
  • Attach pictures of the paper hand tag and the care label inside of the garment
