Shipping Terms
Order & Preorder Fulfilment & Delivery
We are currently running a limited-time preorder campaign for our 250 Capsule Collection.
Your item is made to order and will be delivered after the campaign ends.
Estimated delivery for the first production batch is December 2025.
You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order is fulfilled.
Items in stock from our 170 and 200 Collections are shipped directly from our Oslo warehouse for a flat shipping fee of 99 NOK.
These include all pieces currently available for immediate delivery — i.e. items not on preorder from the 250 Collection.
We ship worldwide from our UK-based warehouse partner, except for Norwegian orders, which are shipped from Oslo.
Shipping Costs by Region
United Kingdom
Flat rate: £4.95
Delivery time: 2–5 business days after fulfilment
Norway (Preorders)
Flat rate: £14.95
We cover all VAT, customs duties and import fees — you pay only what’s shown at checkout.
European Union (incl. Nordics)
Flat rate: £14.95
Local VAT and customs duties may be charged by your country upon delivery.
United States & Rest of World
Flat rate: £18
Orders may be subject to local taxes or import duties upon arrival.

Norway
Prices shown at checkout include VAT and import taxes.
No additional charges on delivery.
European Union, United States & Rest of World
Prices are displayed inclusive of VAT where applicable.
However, as all orders are shipped from the UK, your local customs authority may apply import VAT, duties, or handling fees upon delivery.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once you place your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation via email.
When your order ships, we’ll email you tracking information from our fulfilment partner so you can follow your package’s journey.
Returns
We hope you love your AWAN pieces. If something isn’t right, you can return your order within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
To request a return, contact us at support@aswearenow.co and we’ll guide you through the process. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is faulty). Refunds will be processed once the return has been received and inspected.
